45-day money-back guarantee

Shared hosting plans (Linux cPanel shared, special and reseller) are covered by a 45-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. Write to us from the email on record and we'll refund the hosting portion in full.

Non-refundable items

• Domain registrations, renewals and transfers (fees are paid to the registry upfront).
• SSL certificates purchased from third parties.
• One-time setup fees, administrative fees, DLT/trai registration fees.
• Bulk SMS credits already consumed.

After 45 days

Cancellations after the 45-day window are prorated on a best-effort basis for annual, biennial and triennial plans. Monthly plans are not prorated.

Process

1. Open a ticket from your client portal or email us.
2. We verify the request from your registered email.
3. Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
