1. Services

AZcontrol provides web hosting, domain registration, email and SMS gateway services. By registering or paying for any service, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host or transmit content that is illegal under Indian law, infringes intellectual property, sends unsolicited bulk messages or compromises the stability or security of our infrastructure.

3. Billing & renewals

All services are billed in advance. Renewal invoices are issued 14 days before the due date. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension and eventual termination.

4. Refund policy

Shared hosting plans are covered under our 45-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, setup fees and add-on services are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for full details.

5. Data protection

We take reasonable measures to protect your data (daily backups, access controls, encryption at rest). However you remain responsible for maintaining your own off-site backups.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to AZcontrol during the 12 months preceding the incident.

7. Changes

We may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice on this page or by email. Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
